I also signed up to the free trial thinking that that was what I was paying for now I realise to my horror that I am stuck in a credit card scam...how do I get out of this??? Tried to return unopened product but only PO Box and therefore unable to do registered postage...hope they don't keep taking money out of my account! How can people be so shameless...or have I just been too stupid?!

  • You are not the only person to be conned. There must be thousands of us. I applied for perfect radiance/revitaderm and the eyecream at 20.00pm 31st December. By 20.10 I realised what I had let myself be tricked into.Too late. Being the New Year holiday no call centre operating on New Years day. I sent 2 emails immediately requesting closure of my account.I doubt these will be answered. I then reported my credit card missing and the card was immediately cancelled . I did this because the fraud dept.of the Card company didn't open again until Tuesday and I couldn't wait that long to have a cancellation of my card. Not ethicial I know but I was frantic. Tomorrow I will try phoning and hopefully the rats will be back and operating their scam once again. I would like to thank KevGould who has given some excellent advice on the procedure to follow. Very Good Luck and let's spread the word so that we can save more women from sleepless nights.

  • This is a total scam - I too, suggest you cancel your bank card, as from reading other blogs, it appears they continue to take your money as and when they feel. From what I have read about this company, requesting to cancel the trial, calling or emailing, begging and pleading, nothing seems to stop them. Payments are taken by a company in Cyprus and product is shipped from America - Do a bit more research on the net, googling the product names and 'scam'. From what I can see, only thing that will work, without fail, is to cancel your bank card (that you gave the details of), via your bank - they will usually send you a new one within 3 days, so not too inconvenient. This way, they connot call for any furher payments. Some people who have persevered, seem to have been able to get their money back from this despicable company, so it's worth calling them and persevering, but until then, safeguard yourself against futher theft, immediately! How these people sleep at night, I'm not sure! Good Luck! J. x

  • I got my order cancelled Sent an email as they sent m,e one saying my Order would be late due to popular demand. I told them I would be leaving town and would not be able to receive it as it only gives you a limited time for your trial which starts counting from order placement so you only have a short time after u receive the free trial. I got product which still arrived but dd not pay anything more. There is a phone number you can call them on world wide
