I ordered a sample for just the shippping charges. Two weeks later a package arrived and when I opened it I saw a larger version of the sample and a bill of $79.99 stating paid and taken out of my checking account. I never authorized it. I was suprised. This has prompted me to change accounts and account numbers. What can be done to be refunded seamlessly.

- I have kept the copy of the receipt. I will need to make a copy and an address to show proof of my complaint. Please give me that information
