Complaint 42061 Details

On November 5, 2011 my husband and I were needing to pay some bills and see about Christmas presents for our kids. My husband visited a website for South Atlantic Commerce that approved him for a 5,000 loan. He spoke with a man by the name of Travis Walker and he told us that we would have to send $806.00 to a person in Spain this should have been a red flag but they emailed a contract that seemed to be legit. We were told once we wired the money we would receive our money in 24 hours. The next day a man named Vincent Davis contacted us saying he was the manager of South Atlantic Commerce and that we would need to send another $806.00 to secure the loan because the lender was needing more in return to secure the loan. So we wired another $806.00 to a guy out of Spain. So now we've sent $1,612.00 and are told that we will receive the deposit in our bank with in the next 24 hours. We never receive the deposit and are told that the lender backed out. I have contacted South Atlantic Commerce almost everyday and now am no longer able to reach them. There business line continues to ring a fast busy.
