I paid $24 for the year, and they took my money immediately. When I went into the group chat, I was #15 in line waiting for a reading. After almost and hour, I was at #10, and the "psychic", Gwendolyn, disappeared. It was the middle of the day! They also sent me more junk trying to upsell me to get more money, and it turns out you have to pay if you want private readings. Did I just pay $24 to go in a chat room? I don't THINK so! Well, as speedy as they were to take my money, they are ignoring my emails for a refund. Since I have not received a product for the money, I will just do a charge back at my bank. Also, I DID call that customer service number and was on hold forever. I do not want to "talk" about it to some salesperson. I just want my money back.

- After several emails to ESPchat, I just received a response this morning. They have canceled my membership and promised to issue credit. That usually takes a couple days for that to appear, but they know that if it doesn't happen soon, that I can just do a charge back. I still would not recommend this site, because you don't get all that was promised unless you buy more products. Isn't bait & switch illegal? If not, it's at the very least misleading advertising. If you want your money back from these people, just keep pounding them with emails until they respond. Good luck!

The annual membership that you signed up for gives you unlimited access to psychic advice in our Group Psychic Chat for one full year. You can visit our psychics any day of the week from 9:00 AM to Midnight . You are by no means required to purchase any other services on our site. We offer Private and Written consultations for customers who choose to purchase them.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had experienced in our Group Psychic Chat. The way the chat room works is that every person in the queue has 4 minutes per turn to ask a question. We aren’t sure how it could have taken an hour for you to go from number 15 to number 10 on the waiting list, because at the most, it would have been 20 minutes. We understand that if you are very anxious to ask a question that it can seem longer than that. As for the psychic disappearing, we aren’t sure what you mean by that. It’s possible that the psychics were changing shifts. The psychic will always notify you at the end of their shift. You can also view the schedule ahead of time by clicking on “Psychic Schedule.”
