I trusted this law firm, and got nowhere, they said they did a home loan modification, they did nothing and did not get a denial letter either. there calling me again trying to do work for me with the bank, and trying to get money from me. I already paid them money and didn't get nothing.

Hello Naomi,
Firsthand, I would like to ask if you signed any agreement, or contract prior to receiving service from this company? If so, look at the terms and conditions closely, as it will most likely tell you the truth of what you have purchased. If you feel deceived in any way, definitely contact the institution and let them know exactly how you feel, and the higher escalations you will result to. Be stern, don't give up, and best of luck to you!
