We had a loan with Wells Fargo Bank. We paid the loan off (in a large lump sum) and are now getting mail from this Loan Payment Administration in Xenia OH to reduce our loan amount. Surprising, but it is the balance amount that we paid off. I don't think they are reputable and Don't understand how they got the lump sum that we paid off.

- Hello All ! Just purchased a new home last month and now we are getting mail from this same company, and its the 2nd letter asking us to sign-up for a bi-weekly mortgage payment plan?? This company is not listed any where on the Internet?? I don't trust this company so watch out if you are being contacted by them!! Have a Happy Christmas To You All!
