Between 06/24/10 and 08/26/10 I won $1250.00 ($120.51 paid for postage) in various gift cards through this on-line auction. As of today I have not received any gift cards or a refund. I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails to customer service but have not gotten any satisfaction. At first, I was told the cards would be "coming soon." I bought most for gifts so time was of the essence and the people I was speaking with at Bidsauce (Judy Moffitt and Jeana) were well aware of this and assured me that my gift cards would be send out promptly after a win. None were. When I had not received any by the end of August I stopped bidding. I left a number of phone messages but none were returned. I also sent emails through 'Contact Us' but none of those received a response. On October 13, 2010 I finally was able to make contact through 'Live Help.' The operator, Jonathan was able to connect me to Jeana. When I told her I felt ripped off she said that 'due to construction, etc. in their area all they had was chat and she felt bad and wanted to make everything right, etc. She said that Judy could send out my items right away and give me some free bids. I no longer wanted the gift cards and didn't trust that they would be sent anyway. We also discussed the multiple problems with the site. I was going to chat with Judy who is a supervisor but was at the Toyota dealership and had to stop the chat and move my car. I did not 'Live Chat' with Judy that day. I received an email from Jeana on November 1, 2010 asking me about my items and I replied that I was planning to 'Live Chat' with Judy on that Thursday. I also told her that I hadn't changed my mind about the gift cards. On Thursday, November 4, 2010 I tried to reach Judy on 'Live Help' but she was unavailable. Since then I have sent email to both she and Jeana with no responses. I do have a copy of this transcript and the other emails. There had also been multiple problems with their site from the onset of my playing. They initially said it was my computer speed and then my computer but both were ruled out. One of the girls said that they had never had any complaints about the site. After I had my computer checked, etc. I learned that this company had hundreds of complaints about malfunctioning. This was before I knew that I'd have trouble getting my winnings. I do have a Consumer Complaint Form for the State of Utah ready to file.
