I notice 1 cent, 3cent and 5 cents showing up in my account. I didnt question it right away because I had just signed up with a loan company and figured they were testing my account. However, I got ready to w/d money from my account and notice I had $30 less than what was there the previous day. I contacted the lending service and they swore me up and down that I had completed an application for a loan with them and the non-refundable application fee is $30. I told them that this never happen and for them to email me the documents I signed so that I can show them to my lawyer and discuss my next move with my bank. All of a sudden they were able to produce a confirmation number for my refund of $30, which I am still waiting on. I am giving them till 2pm 11/29 to refund my money or I will seek further action.
Why are these people still in business? How can they be shut down before causing bank issues with honest people trying to make a living? Whatever you do...do not stop harrassing them until they give you back your money.
