i was contacted to sell my time share by vac. int. the escrow was handled by alliance title serv. they assured me that the money was indeed in escrow. i had to pay a transfer fee and mexican tax. of course now i cant get a hold of anybody..,and my money is gone. have since found out that is their m.o. and a no of people are in the same boat
