I contracted with this company to provide me with transportation from my home to the airport and back on my return. On my arrival home, my flight was several hours late, which I had emailed the company (because their phone service was not manned during non business hours) to let them know. When I returned home at 7AM after flying all night, I found there was no one to pick me up. The company claims they had someone there for hours waiting for me, yet they had my flight information and would have known my flight was late. I have contacted this company directly four times to try to get my money back for the return trip, but have not received any call back, or a return of my money. I have now started the process of disputing the charges through my credit card company due to the fact that I cannot get anyone from their organization to help me - or to get the person who I'm told can help me to call me back.
