I was looking for a small loan for school. So I went to google and searched. A so-called company called "Hermes Financial Services" located at "1111 Brickell Ave. #4650, Miami, FL, 33131" Contacted me from an unknown number. However, I can contact them at 1866-955-9119. I was in contact with two "Sale Reps" a Melanie Russell (extension 64) and a Noami Sliverman (extension 72). I needed a $7,000.00 for school. Melanie explained to me that i need to put a Security Deposit of 725.00 and this should be sent to a Rober Miller. They did not let me know who it was until i had the money to send. So let her know i dont have the monies now. However, i get paid on the July 1st and i would have then. At this point i had gotta a email from Melanie saying:

Dear Mr Davis-Sabb,

I just wanted to inform that everything has been processed in regards to your loan approval for July 1st 2011. I also wanted to inform that I will not be the office that day (Friday, July 1, 2011) due to personal reasons outside of work. I have tried contacting you to speak with you directly in regards to this, but I was not able to get a hold of you. I have given your file over to my co-worker Naomi Silverman who will be taking over your account until I come back at the office. If there any questions or concerns please feel free to contact her or myself. The morning of July 1st please contact Naomi so she can give you the information you need to complete the security deposit payment. Her number is 1-866-955-9119 ext 72. I will be in the office Thursday, June 30 till about 12pm after that please contact Naomi. Thank you for your time and understanding.

After western unioning them the monies ($725). I was expecting to have the loan that Tuesday cause it was the 4th of july monday. No money in my account. So i contacted Melanie and she was not in a "supervisor" picked up her phone (weird). Stating that she was meaning to call me. That the credit bureau Equifax was trying to protected me and contacted them to make sure i was a customer of theirs. So now in order for broker to release the funds to me they need an extra $600.00 towards the policy premium (2,900.00) in which they put up $2,300.00 to cover me. At this point I am like i need a refund out of anger. Now i have no money I was forced to take a stay home vacation because of this. After thinking about it i figure hey what the hell let me finish what i started. So i contacted Melanie and told her not to cancel my account that i could have the money to them by july 7th or 8th. So, i took out some payday loans and got the 600.00 to them. Once again Monday morning comes around i have no funds in my account. Now i really need the money not only for school but an oral procedure and my vacation that i booked for the 14th of july. I Called Melaine at the 866 emailing her at <mrussell@hermesfinancialservices> left voicemails. No reponse! No call back, nothing.
