Like the other guy already said, this website looks very real, with all kind of info and credibility. I found this website looking for a phone on craiglist.com. It was a good deal so I got into the website and checked it out. After contacting with them by chat and ask them a bunch of questions I thought everything was true. I asked for their company number and name, if I needed to pay any extra fees at the customs services and everything looked good. They didn't accept paypal which made me a little nervous, but at the end, I decided to buy it.
I was supposed to get a tracking number right after I sent the money by Western Union but what a surprise when the lady told me there was a problem and they had sent too many items out and they were waiting for the tracking numbers. I didn't like that at all...but today I talked to them again and now it looks like I have to pay $145 because of customs fees and I have to pay it today. Since they have a return policy, I asked for my money back and, what a surprise!! they don't want to give me my money back. This is the email I got today.
"Dear friend :
Hope you everything goes well .We have contacted the officer in custom so many times, but a piece of bad news:
Mr. Wang Ming has delivered the Apple iPhone 4S to HaiDian Custom on Nov 26th, 2011. And our staffs have inspected the packing list. In fact, all formalities they have handed in are all professional and clear, but according to the new regulation , we have to charge 154 USD for additional exporting tax.
They asked 154 USD for the additional tax as penalty because your price is lower 20% than China market.According to the new regulation , you need pay for 154 USD to clear custom as soon as possible.
I am sorry that we could not know it early! Please be considerate and check the invoice from custom . You should pay the tax to us as soon as possible so that we can clear customs for you quickly. Or they will take an action in 5 days from now on .

  • I looks very good until they ask you for more money...when before I bought it, I asked them if there was any fee for exportation or something like that...
    Do not buy to them! They will scam you

  • They list a lot of DHL tracking numbers for recent shipments. I checked them and they are legitimate numbers, but that doesn't prove Cheng Wei sent them. I emailed DHL to see if they were sent by Cheng Wei. I'll let you know what I find out. One good sign is, although they do not say so, they told me they would accept credit cards. Since credit cards will reverse the charges if the items are not delivered, this indicates that they are legitimate.

  • This Cheng Wei told me he was going to ship it by UPS. I didn't hear from him anymore, just that if I don't pay the 145$ extra I'll have to pay 45 USD a day because of the storage

  • Today I told him I would pay him if he gave me their bank account number to do a bank transfer (they say on the website this is possible) but he didn't want to give it to me. He said it is not possible send money by bank transfer, which makes the website less credible.
    Does anyone have news about them?

  • I did everything I could to prove that Sheng Wei Trading Company was not a fraud, but I am now convinced it is a fraud. I checked the dozen or so tracking numbers they said were for their shipments. The numbers were valid, so I asked DHL whether Sheng Wei was the shipper. It was not. I asked DHL who the shipper was, hoping that Sheng Wei shipped through some other company. DHL said that the shipper was different on each tracking number. I asked Sheng Wei whether they had an explanation. They did not respond.

  • What a surprise.... I found this other website... www.crediblefirm.com and it has the same structure, same products, same chat...and the same guy!! Gailan Chang...from Beijing, China...do you guys know him?

  • I emailed http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/ Ministry of Commerce in China asking them to shut down the site and aid in getting my money back. Told them Gailan Cheng may also be running other sites like vougesector.com

  • I just found another site, www.wholeitems.com, that looks like it is the same fraud. This has got to be stopped. I hope the Ministry of Commerce is able to shut down all of his sites.

  • What a son of...I hope we get our money back...I talked to a couple of attorney and both agreed that it is going to be hard or impossible to get the money back...

  • Hey guys I did a Yahoo search for "dailysaler" member name and its a lady in Georgia. You can send a report to yahoo flagging the account with and option of "scam/fraud." Im sure if we send it with complaints like these the account should be erased, gatta start somewhere in this fight!

  • I reported dailysaler to host Hurricane Electric about a week ago. I don't know who is responsible for taking down Gailan Cheng's sites, but it appears all the ones I know about are down. He owes me $345.
