Don't know how I got this charge and I am currently going after ATT to take this off my bill for goo so it never happens again but from research found that it is a scam. Maybe from an add in an app or something from the iPhone, not sure. This might be the cause but there is no real way of knowing at this point. Hope other people notice and find out the charge before they pay it and never look back.
