They have a button on their home page at the bottom left which says "REGISTER FOR FREE" and if you click on that button, you go to a form page where you enter in your email and other information. Then they say that you have to provide a credit card to get your free bids, but nowhere does it say anything about being charged $99 for anything, and I NEVER would have agreed to pay $99 for what is supposed to be free registration. They charged my credit card $99 without my authorization. I have notified my credit card company that this charge was not authorized, and they have begun the dispute process.
