This company sends items such as cheap mouse pads or hannah montana bags, which of course you sign for at post office. When you finally realize you got scammed and file claim, all paypal sees is that the item was received and case is closed. When you change your claim to item not as described, paypal has you send your package back (which cost more money) and they claim when they receive delivery confirmation they will refund money. Well.....when you ship to china there is no tracking or delivery confirmation. Paypal rights back notifying you tracking number that you sent was invalid and your case is closed again with no refund. I now believe paypal is a scam in itself and I will be calling them until I get a refund. P.S. Paypal knows all about this scam and continues to take transactions through this company. Paypal needs a lawsuit against them. Who's with me???
