As reported earlier, my wife followed this link and signed up to try out the service, which said it was free sign-up and registration. then not one hour later I noticed a $99.00 charge on my account. When you see the ads for these penny bid sites, they state sign up for free, registration is free, but buried in the TOS is a small statement that they will be charging $99.00 to the charge card you register with the company. I filed a dispute with my bank, which in turn put me in touch with the specific penny bid site and after some brow beating, I finally was told I will receive a full refund. as always BUYER BEWARE!!
