searching site for information. Was notified i was having $159.00 deducted from my debit before i even began my bidding. I bought the $27.00 package at 6:40 am for my bids. Noticed that the $159.00 had been deducted at 6:19. i began calling and got disconnected after holding over 35 minutes each time. At 11:30 i reached someone by phone. He said he couldnt adjust my account coz all computers were jammed from the black friday traffic to call back later. I tried til after 6pm...no answer and web page was "under construction". Finally got to talk to someone and he stated my debit card was being fixed as we were speaking but it would be 7 to 10 days before it was completely resolved and NOT to go to the bank coz it would slow down the process of getting my money returned. I have over 15 pages of the transactions and times and names of those i talked to
