In July 2011 I tried their penny auction bidding setup and "won" some "bids". I spent some wasted hour or so placing "bids" and got very fed up as their system is programmed to keep bumping back the bidding as soon as the last second is reached and it resumes. This idiotic system could go on for weeks and it was blatantly obvious to me that it was just a waste of time.
So I emailed next day, or within their 7 day timescale, to CANCEL.
I then forgot about this completely pointless website.
Last month, or thereabouts, I saw that £34.99 appeared on my account. Charged by this scammer company in the USA.
Contacted them and complained. That was pointless too, as they have a "No Refund" clause in their dubious Terms and Conditions.
I've made a complaint to my bank and they are investigating this unauthorised extraction of funds.
They (Ziinga) said something about not being able to withdraw this money earlier owing to some "problem" with the system. I can quite believe this as their "system" is totally rubbish. They "lose" emails and thus say you've failed to abide by their cancellation clause and suchlike.
Anybody who goes within a mile of this mob must realise that they will end up being scammed, one way or another.
