I was in a desperate situation and found did a few searches on the website Loan Modification called me. They told me the fee was gonna be $2,500 but I was so desperate for someone to help me, so I paid after few days of soul searching and I did do some research (obviously not enough). I have been denied by my lender and have been trying to give the denial letter to NMP and fax the supporting papers, and as of July 9 all numbers have been out of service and emails denied at NMP. How rude not to even notify the people that had paid money for the service they were selling and people like me were so stupid to dive in and gave our hard earned money. We are already victims by the govement and by our mortgage company and soon will lose our house, then again we get victimized by these people!!!! How can they sleep at night? Can someone help us get our money back? Who do we turn to? Is there a decent person out there reading these scam sites who want to help decent people like us???
