one unknown person who was contacted on e-mail through Craigslist sent me the link...http://millitracker.go2cloud.org/SHF
.I was directed to the GRABSWAG.COM. The site said to click here to receive 10 free bids. When I clicked on this box, the site asked me for sign up information. I entered the requested info, and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I was immediately charged $99. I was still looking to read terms and conditions. There was no terms and conditions and i was said congrutulations and charged $99.
All attempts to contact the company, There was NO answer on the Support Phone number, even though I was calling between 9AM to 5 PM hours. Both the support page and the chat support was of no help as there was nothing like online chat support.

I have already submitted my complain multiple times on the stated website help desk mail ID however there is no reply.
help desk mail ID: [email protected]; this was the mail id on which I have sent my complain three times on 12 July 2011 but received no reply.
Customer Contact# 1855 GRAB SWAG ; I have contacted this number repeatedly on July 12, 2011

Hello GrabSwag,
The mail says that the deduction of $99.00 was made per order number (#86134171). This amount was charged to my account fraudently and should be reimbursed.
I dont know what other information you need.
