I was having trouble retrieving my DD-214 paperwork so i looked on line to find an alternate method. I found Touchstone research group. for one hundred dollars they guaranteed my paperwork in 1 week. It took longer and i had to continually call and harrass them. When i finally got the DD-214 It was faded and illegible and the military will not except the copy. I have called them repeatedly to correct this problem and they hang up on you, and all you get is the voicemail after that. It is definately a scam of some sort.
