In efforts to purchase a new phone I came across the website dailysaler.com. I picked the phone that I was interested in buying. Being that it was an international purchase I had my concerns but I've made a purchase once before internationally and there was no issue so I felt comfortable with this purchase as well. The way the website is set up would put you under the impression that it was secure, because they show documents stating they are certified as a trading company, they also list the company history, offer live customer service, testimonial and a bunch of other lies. They communicate through email, but they do list an international cust serv number to call. They list the payment methods but encourage you to use western union because its the cheapest with fees. Once I made the payment of 295.00 plus an adtl 14.00 to do an instant payment totaling 309.00, I sent the necessary info to them to confirm payment. They confirmed all of my info and once they got the payment they stated that they ship the items out 3:00 pm their time. They next day they emailed me saying they shipped my item but they are unable to get the invoice and tracking number for my order from the shipping company (UPS) and they would send it as soon as they get it. Then 2 days later they emailed me again stating "Mr. Wang Ming has delivered the HTC Sensation XL to HaiDian Custom on Nov 21th, 2011. And our staffs have inspected the packing list. In fact, all formalities they have handed in are all professional and clear, but according to the new regulation , we have to charge 145 USD for additional exporting tax. They asked 145 USD for the additional tax as penalty because your price is lower 20% than China market.According to the new regulation , you need pay for 145 USD to clear custom as soon as possible." Once I told them I just wanted a refund instead of sending adtl money they replied "I am so sorry that we can not give your money back now because there is nothing wrong with your items.You can check the invoice that I have attached in the email.All the items to be shipped out at this time should pay for tariff because there are so many items to be shipped out then the customs comes on the new regulation.You should pay for your tariff then the customs will release your items and we can clear customs for you and ship your items out.If you want to receive your items on time you should finish your tariff today.I promise you that there is no more fee for you.After you finish your tariff we can ship your items out and email you tracking number and invoice then you can track your items until you get it. The return policy on the website stated that I would be able to get my money back if I didnt want the item. I never received the phone and it never stated the item has to be in poor condition to get money back. Since the time I sent the payment I have been getting the run around. I never would have imagined based on how trusting the site appeared that I would be a victim of fraud. Will you please investigate this company and I do plan to file a lawsuit. I have proof of the money transfer, I have proof of the emails and I am willing to do anything to get MY money back. I work too hard to practically give it away to a thief. Please help me.   • Well i contacted http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx as well as the western union fraud hotline 1-800-448-1492 and http://www.ftc.gov/ I hope this really helps because i want my money back too!

    And yes, I got the same email as you, saying about those 50 extra dollars per day for storing.
