I purchased a mobile Samsung phone from HSN which included my first month's use free ($50). I made sure that my area was covered for service. When the phone arrived, I was unable to get any service in my home, so I bought a booster to use with the phone. This didn't work either. I had to go into a field adjacent to the condo complex in order to make calls, including during rainstorms. I finally called Boost (from my neighbor's) and couldn't get through on their "menu" of options until I started pushing buttons randomly and their system finally alerted a "real" person. I performed numerous tests on the phone, and then the phone ceased working. I took the phone into my local distributor and was told it wasn't receiving data any longer, so I returned it to HSN. I received another phone from HSN, tried to start it up, and was told I had no monies in my account, even though it was within the one month start up time. I emailed Boost (forget about trying to call them!!) and was told I could not get my money back from the original non-operative month because they dealt on a "cash only" basis. I had one month of no service, even though I was assured that I had coverage in my area, they took my money for that month and for the next month. I want my money back, and for Boost to stop advertising that they have "adequate" coverage in my area. They don't!
