I ordered a laptop replacement display on November 8th. The said it would ship in 3 to 5 days. After several phone calls where they said it would ship soon, I cancelled my order on November 22nd. They are promising to refund my money, but they have established such a bad record of follow through so far, I will be watching the refund process.
