I went to bidrack.com to look at there site and maybe bid on one or two things. I entered my information name address check card number. I'm thinking that they need this information so that I can bid. I read how to sign up on there site the 4 easy steps. Not even a min after I finish signing up I get a $99 charge on my bank account. There site is very misleading. I have contacted them by phone 3 times in the past 8 hours the first lady I talked with was named Sofia would basically said your not getting your money back but Ill send it to our other team. I ask to talk with the supervisor and she said "I'm the highest person here". I ended the conversation with her and called back. The second time I talked with a Ms. Vicky how said about the same thing that she would send up the information. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was the highest person there. How can that be Sofia said she was. By this time I knew I was dealing with a lying company. I was told it would take 72 hours for someone to contact me. But considering it took about 1 second for them to charge my account 72 hours is a lot. I also had to look up the company information such as address to file a complain with you all through Google because I could not find it on bid racks main site. While I was looking it up I found were tons of others have had the same thing happen to them and they never get there money back. Its very shady and I fell dirty even dealing with them. I would really like your help to stop them from doing this to others and to clearly show when you are about to be charged for something. Thank you so much for listening to my complaint.
