On April 13 2010 my daughter who is 13 years old answered the house phone and they told her we were chosen out of 1000 families for a cheap vacation for 4 and asked her for a credit card. Then she grabbed my credit card and gave the person on the phone the card number.When i found out what she had done i called the number back and they told me it was non refundable just transferable.when we received the package in the mail it said the trip was for 2 children under 12 and 2 adults. No one in my family are under 12.in the package it also said the flight was not included .
