I ordered an unlock code for a cell phone and paid the $8.99 for it, which showed up immediately on my account. A few days later I received an email stating they were unable to generate an unlock code for the phone and wanted to offer me a FULL refund, which I should receive in up to 7 days. That was over 3 weeks ago and I still have no refund. I have emailed them several times and get no response. I know it's only $9 but it's MY money and I'm extremely unhappy about getting scammed out of it. Whatever you do, DON"T use these people. They're liars and theives.
