Back on 04-05-2011 I ordered Leanspa's trial product. On 05-26-11 I recevied another shippment and called to cancel and find out how to ship there unopened product back. They sent me an RMA #758498-328 via e-mail to put on the package and send back, which I did. They informed me another shippment was due to be shipped on 06-04-11, but they were able to stop that shipment and the automatic withdrawel from my account of 79.99 and that the refund would show up on my account 5-7 business days after they received the product I returned. That was not true. The shipment never came but the money was withdrawn from my account. I called them back on 06-04-11 when the money was taken from my account and got hung up on 3x's. On 08-08-11 I called again and talked to a person by the name, Kyle, he informed me that only 1 of the orders had been cancelled and he was cancelling the other and I would receive my refund by mail in 4-6 weeks from 7-16-11, not sure where he got this date from and 8-8-11, supposedly the day he put in for the second cancellation. Which makes no sense because if I had not cancelled both products the 1st time I would have been receiving more products and getting charged and I wasn't. I called again on 09-12-11 due to not receiving any refunds yet and Kyle, what's the odds of that; getting the same agent again, 09-12-11, informed me that my refuned from 07-16-11 was queued up at the Corporate office in Connecticut and they are having difficulties due to a hurricane that came through. On 10-24-11 I called again and got hung up on 3x's, a recording kept coming on about e-mailing support @leanspa.com. Then I called again on 11-17-11 and got the same message and it said they'll respond within 3 business days of receiving the e-mail. Today, 11-20-11 I went to e-mail them at that site and when you click on the link to contact them NOTHING HAPPENS it goes right back to the same web page. If there is a class action lawsuit against this company I would appriciate the money they owe me.
