The 2 november 2011, I ordered from their site the following products,
1 RevitaDerm @ 2.97euros;
1Anti-rides serum @ 2.95;
and I accepted the Rejuva New eye care, offered for no charge.

My bank account was debited the 2 november for the 2 products cited above, and I received the 3 products the 7 november 2011.

I have received (I am quoting the names on the products:
REJUVANEW eye care (no weight mentioned on packing)
PERFECT RADIANCE anti-wrinkle serum (50ml)
REVITA DERM anti aging moisturizer (no weight mentioned)

Yesterday evening, 18 november, I consulted my bank statement via Internet and noticed that a debit of 79.15euros had been effected as a "Purchase RadiantSkinC 14:11:11"

I immediately telephoned 0044 808 168 3684 and a woman who would not give any further information about her identity other than that her name was "Joan" has given me "cancellation ID numbers: 73926RevitaDerm; DE93B Rejuvenile;Perfect 8FE12

This morning, 19 november 2011 at 10.15, I went to my bank and surrendered my original bank card used for the first authorised debits of 2.97 and 2.95 euros, and reported the fraud of 79.15euros, and was assured that no more debits from the surrendered card could be made.
This person named 'Joan' also insisted on having my e-mail and both my fixed telephone number and my mobile telephone number.
She also offered a 50% discount on future supplies, I asked if she could not do this for the already debited amount which was explained to me that this was impossible.

  • I got my money put back onto my card by sending an email to them insisting they do so immediately and stop the order process. I talked with my credit card company about this and they said to check their terms and conditions. K

  • I have sent 3 e-mails to this company, demanding a refund of almost €150.00 and I also telephoned the English phone number and spoke to someone called Liz. Liz tried to argue/explain why these amounts had been taken out. I told Liz I was not interested in listening to these explanations and insisted on a refund. She gave me two 'refund reference numbers' and told me that my account would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days... Fingers crossed, I suppose.

  • I had two amounts to the value of €150.00 refunded separately within 10 days so keep an eye on your bank statements. You can put a block on your card as well. Good luck

  • I live in the Republic of Ireland - where this scam has recently been discussed on national radio. I had almost €150 taken from my bank account in November. I contacted the company using an English phone number I found on this site, and was refunded a few days later. My Bank will monitor my account for a number of months and I have instructed the Bank to allow no further debits from this company. I found this website very useful - thanks to all who contributed contact numbers and advice.

  • Joan, read the message on this page posted by CapedCrusader, you can get help, but you must act quickly: Go to your bank and submit a report for being fraudulently debited the amounts and ask them to stop any payments from Revitalize. You must be energetic and even stubborn about this, your bank can claim back the debits made from your account.
    You can contact the Revitalize Customer Service Department by phone (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) toll-free at 808 168 3685 for UK Customers. Be firm and claim an immediate refund.
    Courage and ACTION is what is needed from you: God helps those that help themselves!!!

  • Spot on Beverlyn.
    These people rely on no one demanding recompense. I saw a post stating that this was legal because people accepted T+C If it was legal they would refund nothing. It is most definitely contrary to Trade Practices in Australia and I'm sure most countries would have parallel legislation. As you say, don't take it, HIT BACK. If I am unsuccessful in having the site closed for TOS violations I will post the hoster and DNS server plus a ready made template. Copy , paste and email. I think that after a 100 or so complaints they may take down the site. If he can't advertise he can't sell!!

  • I emailed this company and told them I didn't want there products and not to charge my acc anymore I was told that I accepted the T&C and the products that where already in the mail I was charged for and would not receive a refund so I called my bank told them what had happened and they stopped the company from taking the money out of my acc and the money they had already taken for the products I didn't order they put in a request to the company to obtain a refund on my behalf and my bank was able to get the company to refund me my $150 for me isn't it funny how they refused me I went to my bank told them they illegally took the money out but the company told me no but was not willing to take on a larger organization than them
