i looked around for a supplier to buy phones and accessories from in order to sell on my online store, I recieved an email for David Lee from HK talents, with a price list with well priced i phone and other products. I ordered $4500USD worth of stock, i recieved a DHL tracking number which never seemed to show up in the DHL database, i sent him an email asking what was happening. He responded with an email saying the goods were held up in our customs and they require 40% tax to sell consumer electronics to my country, i asked him to send the tax note from customs, still no reply and not expecting one.

- unfortunatly i do not know where to start with trying to get it back, lesson learnt here... its paypal or escrow only from now on for all my dealings.
