They tried taking 99.00 out 10/14/2011 for 99.00 but funds not available and cost me 36.00 there and when they explained it they said you can use the card anywhere, did not say that it was used for only purchases on line with a select few that has nothing you would want to order. on 11/1/11 they took out the 99.00 and it went throw when I called them about the card of them false advertising the lady laughed and told me the 99.00 is not refundable. I told them I was turning them in to the Better Business Bureau. I not only want my 99.00 back into my account but the 36.00 that I was charged in Oct. total 135.00 they owe me and would like it ASAP I would get them for being rude and lying on the phone but I just want my money refunded.
