The Rep of Mr. John Cummuta (turn Debt into Wealth) told me I only have to pay shipping charge to lean the system, if I like the system, then they will send me the product, then in Sept. 26 I receive a big box, I did not open it until Nov. 17th, 2011, I learnt that the program pocily was place under all the cd.
when I call the company at : (800)683-7501. the Representative was so rudde, she get angry because I ask to return the products because I never order, then she get upset, tell me if I dont want the product, just throw it away, but they still keep billing me for 5 more payment at $119.96 each month,
I dont know what to do, Please help

- Thats a little gimmick tese companies use, its perfectly legal but can really mess the everyday customer up. they offer a part of the product with the cost of shipping. then they send you the rest and start deducting payments fromyour credit card. its hard to stop but. you need to talk with the highest person in charge that you can and tell them that you want to cancel , Most timesthey will. BBut the firstperson you talk to when you first call customer service really is just a call taker.You need to go above them. good day
