International boundaries
Company registering domains in china claims another customer required the exact same domain name we use (ourcompanyname.com), just with another ending. Actually there were lots of different websites (.asia, .cn, .india etc.) that were supposed to be registered by this other client. So in their opinion we should register those domains ourselves to be on the safe side. Luckily we identified this as a quite common scam mail.
