On July 7, I ordered a underwater fishing camera with screen and 50M cable. About a month later I received a cheap fishing reel made out of plastic.
I contacted PayPal to intervene on my behalf. The company Aikpro, Ltd. responded by suggesting that returning the item may cost $20 or more in postage and it was not recommended. Instead, they offered a 55% credit that may take 30 days to process.
I have asked again for a full refund or the item that I ordered. I have even offered to show the cheep fishing reel looking like new and another photo of it smashed to pieces so as to not profit by the deal. I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.
I would warn everyone to stay away from this bait and switch company.
