I ordered a split ends remover from Aikpro.limited and received a USB heated roller which is not what I ordered its cheap and not worth the money opened a case through PayPal as item not received and it was declined. I have complained and now they have reopened a item not received case which I have to pay the postage to send back which is very expensive and the address is very confusing. I have argued with PayPal because it is not my fault I received the wrong item they told me to send it back through parcel monkey which is very expensive they said it was cheap. They also said I could put in for a refund through PayPal for postage under £15 but what if it don't get there? PayPal does not protect you so pissed off and I'm pregnant don't need the stress ????????
