I submitted a change of address on 12/15/2019 the next day I looked at my bank statement I was being charged 59.95 for this address change, NO WHERE IT SAY I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED 59.95, or I would have known it was a scam! contacted my bank they said can't do anything about it. I called the company 844-259-3749 on the 16th, said I want to cancel my order, I received an email on the 17th from Brian M. said I would receive a refund in3 to 7 business days, I have called 3 more times left messages, no response! I want my money refunded!! Thank you
