I purchased several books paying $500 for them. I thought it was the receipt I signed. Little did I know I was signing up for monthly services that we have not used one time. I know to pay more attention to bank statements from now on. I did notice the withdrawal and I honestly thought it was for something like Pandora or some other music. Well I finally looked it up online and saw what it really was. I immediately called the company, the person I spoke to said they would refund THREE months !!!!! I told him absolutely not ,$60 for $1200 they stole from us. I was told I would have to peak with someone higher up in the company. Left my name, number and reason needed a call back. After a month waiting for a return call, I called them back. A man named Mitch (would not give last name) told me they would refund 12 months of the $ 19.95. So right at $ 240 verses $ 1200 . Said they would refund it to the bank account, told him I no longer had the bank account and was told THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING THEN !!!!! I wrote a check so I ask could I get a check, was told NO !!!!!! Please do not deal with this company, nothing but fraud !!! They use college students to sell the books, put them in danger going door to door to comment their scam!!! I wish I would have done my research, there's no way I would have ever even talked to them.
