Receiver an invoice thru MyCommerce, a Digital River Company for SmartPCFixer 1. The amount due was 59.90 USD for a 1 year renewal, due 8/05/19. I called my bank and they will dispute if this does show up. This was in my email account. I had a previous billing like this except it bounced to my spam.
