Re: American Airlines

Hi, I purchased an airline ticket from American Airline on 02/17/11 for $159.40 for a flight from Burbank CA, to New York American Airlines MON 18APR 2:30 PM JFK, Instead an electronic ticked was issued flight #3964 from BALTIMORE MON 18APR 2:30 PM NEW YORK JFK 4:05 PM $159.40. When the day approached I looked at the ticket and realized that this is NOT from Burbank to JFK, but Baltimore JFK. To make the story short, they are dumping the entire mistake on me and politely after 3 -4 e-mail refusing to give credit or return $159.40 which includes about $30.00 in taxes, other words, they are keeping the taxes as well, which should be illegal by itself, since NO service was provided.
