Vcom sells PC software... I purchased their "Fix-it" product it doesn't work... will not execute on my Windows 10 PC... repeated contacts for support with Vcom have been unsuccessful.. they have not refunded my purchase price or fixed the problem with their software and ignore my requests. Another scum ass company to avoid, for sure.
