THIS PERSON IS FRAUD AND CHEAT. HE WILL NEVER SHIP AFTER PAYMENT AND BEG FOR MORE MONEY.

I wired this low life twice--two times this bastard got me.
Please be aware he changes his company name every few weeks.

I inquired for some video games wholesale. A person named Carlos Noyce contacted me, telling me the MOQ was 25 but if I could wire him $200 soon, then I could get sample order of 10. So I sent him the money using Western Union, because he wouldn't accept ANY other form of payment, other than that and MoneyGram. He never shipped and emailed me 2 days later saying his boss won't let him sell the games in that low of a quantity. I'm dumb enough after 2 days of strait arguing, to send him the next 200. He never ship again. Then, he asks me for 120 a few days later. I already know this cheat will never ship and I'm never paying. I apologize for you readers as I much sound like such an imbicile falling for all these sleezy tricks.

" i will need you to quickly make a transfer of only $120usd because i already ran out of cash to make the shipment. All i have left is money to take me back to the UK. So if you can transfer the $120usd now, i can ship in the next 1 hour and give you the tracking codes."

If ANY information matches, it's a fraud. HE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SEND HIM MONEY. DO NOT DO IT, he is a liar and cheat, you will NEVER get your items.
