DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON! HE WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT AND NEVER SHIP.

On Nov. 13 I get emailed by a "CEO" named Ziyong Yu. He tells me to send him $200 through Western Union and he will ship me some iPhone 4S's.

Here are this fraud's details:

So I send him $200 and he confirms he received payment. Then a day passes and he doesn't reply. Next day he says:

"Dear friend,

How are you today ?

We got the bad news from our delivery company, they told us your goods happend custom problems, they ask $300 for custom fees, I am sorry we can't pay the fees. Hope you can understand, our boss said we can bear $100, the rest $200 if you can pay it ?

I hope the goods will arrive in your door asap. But sorry for the custom problem

Also, be aware that these scammers constantly change their business names and addresses. However phone numbers and websites are usually the same.

Do NOT trust him, he is liar and cheat, and will tell you anything to get you to wire him money.

If a seller is refusing to accept Escrow, PayPal, or Visa, it's very likely it's a fraud. There are some legitimate vendors, but very few will kill a sale just to stick to their "boss's policy."
