On May 11, 2011, I ordered 2 rings, and a set of matching necklace, earings, and bracelet. I kept one ring, returned one ring and the set on May 25. Right away, the cost of the ring was refuned to my debit card. I called about the $119.90 for the set which was not refunded. I was told they would expedite it and to wait 10 days. When I wasn't refunded I called back, twice more.
On my third call, I was told their records showed that I had already received my refund of $19.95 and there was no record of any $119.90 set refund still owed me. A supervisor is supposedly looking into it, but still no refund.
Update: 10/08/2011
Royal Heirloom Rings returned the money they owed me. It took 4 or 5 calls, but finally I got corporate headquarters and I got the reimbursement.
