So, I got the services from Stratics Network on 10th April, 2019 and paid $308.27 and wasn't not happy so called on 18th April, 2019 to cancel it but I was shocked by the behavior of the customer service rap, he name was Darren.
He simply said I can't cancel the services and also this service has 3 months of agreement which you agreed while accepting the T&C.

I requested him to cancel it as I was not happy but he didn't even bother and simply said it can't be cancelled. I asked him transfer the call to the manager but he said I'm the Manager, I'm the Lead and I'm the Director and I'll be the only one who'll decide what I'm gonna do.

I called again and this time there was a different guy, I think his name was Mike, when I asked him to cancel the services, he said Darren is looking at your account he'll get back to you and hung up without even taking my contact details.

These people are scam and should be reported. Please don't take their services, I just lost $308.27 and will have to cancel my card so that they don't charge next month.
