[17:20, 30/3/2019] Guilherme Gurgel Prado: On September 2017 we talked with Arend Safaris. We wanted to celebrate our honeymoon in Tanzania, in December 2017 - January 2018.
They made a plan of 5 days Safari + 7 days Zanzibar. All inclusive (foods, tours, hotels, flights to Zanzibar, ...)

All of that for 11 thousand US dollars.

We paid everything before. On November 2017.

We arrived in Arusha on December 2017, Protas picked us in the airport, and took us to a different hotel than the plan. To Venus Premier Hotel.

The next day after waiting for 2 hours to start the Safari, Protas showed up and took us to Arend Safaris office.

We met Tom Kilongola there. And they told us that they had no reservation, and used all of our money. We were shocked!!!!

The solution was to pay a hotel in Zanzibar and buy a flight to Zanzibar, using the rest of the money we had left. We never did the Safari. They told us they would get our money back in a few days, with compensation for all the trouble we had.

We never got the money back. They stopped responding the mails. We are desperate now.
