My daughter purchased tickets for a play that used this company as a supplier. The tickets were purchased on Jan. 16. She followed up on the purchase and we’re promised to her by the day of the show. She called at 10 AM that morning and was told they were putting in an urgent request to the supplier to send us the tickets. She was told they would be emailed to her no later than noon. At noon she did not have the tickets so she called back and they were promised to her at four. 4 o’clock comes around and still no tickets which had to be printed before the show. E tickets were not being used for this local performance. I asked for the information and first spoke to a guy name Bob who remembered speaking to my daughter about the tickets. He said he was putting in an urgent request to get them sent to me immediately. He was in touch with the supplier on the West Coast. As I heard him typing on this computer I inquired as to why the supplier could not just hit the send button to get the tickets. He informed me it wasn’t that easy. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Jose got on the phone and assured me we would be able to get in with the tickets he was going to send me electronically before the show. He would call and make sure I was there and able to get in. Of course, none of this happened and the ticket office even explained this was a scam bc there wasn’t even reserved seating as promised on the receipt I showed him. I have 2 pages of notes with all the things I was told by this company. It was a horrible experience and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. They called my daughter and issued a refund, but not without lots of conversation with these people. They sent us to the venue knowing we would not have tickets, were deceptive through the things they said. I have requested a copy of the dispute resolution and was told this was not possible. Be sure when you purchase tickets from a company such as geek seat or ticke network, they do not use this source. I am still pursuing answers and I hope if you’ve had the same problem, you follow through as well.
