International boundaries
CapitalOne MasterCard customer service will not process unauthorized charges against a MC account. they inform that it's up to cardholder to seek removal of charges elsewhere as they will do nothing to correct unauthorized charges. Other card companies I have will proceed to remove charges and investigate. CapitalOne then can assess each month interest charges on unpaid unauthorized charges.
