I was on line looking to see if I could renew my drivers license. Went to NJ DMV site and was putting in all my info. Once the $3.99 was charged I realize it was not to renew my drivers license but to get some kind of booklet on how to renew my license. Total fraud and very misleading. I just let it go but then a week later I checked my account and realized that they took another $19.99. I called my financial institution to get the phone number. When I called they said that they could refund the $19.99 but not the $3.99 because it was a processing fee. This is the biggest scam.
