I bought a HP"Lance Armstrong Special Edition" computer laptop from this woman and got burned. First thing when I got it in the mail, it had a 14" screen, and was advertised as a 15". She refunded $20.00 for that deception. Then about 7 weeks later, a message comes up on the bottom right corner of the screen that says "Windos 7 Build 7601 This copy of Windows is not genuine. It said to fix online. I tyried, by putting the product key# in, it came back invalid! Yeah! The original ad says Windows Professional, not! The screen, when turned on says Windows 7 Ultimate! When asked for that product key#, I looked on the sticker on the back, guess what? It says Windows@XP Home Edition! Now I have no clue what I have, how to fix it, or why she won't refund my money! To me it is clearly a misrepresentation of this computer. If it just crashed, I could see no refund, but when the screen goes black and a note at the bottom saying its not genuine, let alone none of the operating systems that it was supposed to bein the first place. Why it died, a systems administrator told me you can put them in cheap, and will be fine until windows update scans it! Fraud, false advertiment, all of the above. I want a refund!!
