Received check from Horizon Construction Co. $1750...asking for $400 To be returned for cost of getting setup person to come with signs to put on my car...$1750 was not honored by my bank...did not return $400... person coming 09/06/2018 to setup my car with ads

Confused, I was to retain $400 and send the balance to some person who coming to install advertisement material...setup person no show since I did not follow their insructions...no one hurt just wanted to report scam...vvc
